Todays the day I start the dukan diet! Pretty excited/really hoping it works. I’ve set myself a 800 cal limit for the day, I think that’s healthy and achievable. So anyways, I dont have much protein in the house atm, but I think I’ll have 2 egg whites, and some milk. I plan to eat 4 times a day, so thats 200 each time.
soo, 2 egg whites= 34 calories
200 ml skim milk = 77
alsooo, it says to drink loads (at least 3l) so i’m working on that. Also, gonna have 2c green tea.
So I have a new outlook and approach to bingeing - it is simply not an option. It’s like walking through a wall, whenever I think I want to binge I just remind myself that it will be impossible to do so.
